'Our Front Porch' was a personal project, the aim was to reimagine the vacant retail spaces within Downtown Boston, an answer, 'How can we purposefully utilize empty retail to create a community asset?' The front porch holds immense potential, serving as a pivotal space bridging individual residences and the broader community. As we navigate the post-pandemic era, it becomes imperative to envision cities as platforms for fostering interconnected support systems.

The Front Porch Intergenerational Center, an interpretation of the conventional Senior Center, becks both residents and passersby to engage in meaningful interactions and provide support for families - encouraging them to reside in the more urban area.
